Significance of Yoga in Modern Era

Although, Yoga is difficult to explain in mere words, as it covers a wide range of practices and beliefs. It is immensely significant in these times, where self awareness and self-knowledge is scarce. It frees a person from physical and mention struggles and tension to provide greater control over the body and thought process. When one takes charge of their living, the person tap the immeasurable potential for happiness or in Sanskrit is called ‘ananda’.
